Canned Vegetables: Corn, Peas, Beans (any kind) (No Beets).

Canned Fruits: Any

Canned Meats: Spam, Ham, Vienna Dogs, Chicken,Tuna, Salmon, Spaghetti.

Pasta: All Varieties: Rice-A-Roni, Hamburger Helper, Mac n Cheese. Rice, Tomato Sauce, Spaghetti Sauce, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Any Soup, Gravy, Pancake complete, Flour, Sugar, Corn Meal, Salt & Pepper, Seasonings (any), Cereal.
